Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a return. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the damage.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.

  • Returns must include the original packaging and tags.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@altayarclothing.com with the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return (with photos of damaged items)

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Shipping Costs

  • For damaged items: We will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Refunds for damaged items will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that items not meeting the above conditions or requests made after the 14-day window are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
